Items such as knives, nail cutters, explosive, fire arms and ammunition etc are strictly prohibited inside the premises.

UPPARKS.ORG (SMARAK SAMITI, LUCKNOW AND LDA) is not liable for any losses owing to a change in tickets.

The tourist hereby warrants and declares he/she including any accompanying children and/or babies in arms does not suffer from any major illness or ailments. The carrier shall not be responsible for any consequences of whatsoever nature resulting from pre-carriage illness/ailments that may manifest during the course of carriage. The passenger undertakes to indemnify and hold the carrier harmless, any Management is not and all such consequences.

The (SMARAK SAMITI, LUCKNOW AND LDA) shall have no liabilities whatever for any injury or illness arising or resulting from any cause not attributable to any act, neglect, or default on the part of the staff.

Booking Information

• Please make sure the details are correct before booking your ticket. Correction of ‘Name’ is not permitted on the ticket once booked.
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-reusable.
• Tickets are valid only on the date of Tourism.
• Tickets for infants below 5 yrs of age are non-chargeable. Additional charges will apply for additional services.
• Only infants below 2 years of age will be allowed to carry milk and food.
• Liquors and cigarettes are not permissible inside the park in any area.
• Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons.
• Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.

Cancellation Charges

No cancellation is possible once a Ticket is issued.

Return/ Refunds

There will be no Return / Refund once a ticket have been booked

Boarding Rules

• Passengers are not allowed to carry sharp articles like nail cutters, knives, explosives, inflammable goods, etc. in their handbags.
• Consumption of alcohol and smoking are not permitted by law.
• Free Baggage Allowance is 3Kg only as registered hand baggage.
• Pets and animals are not allowed inside the park.

Check-In Rules

• Report at the entry point 15 minutes before entry.
• A hard copy or soft copy of the ticket is mandatory during check-in for all passengers.
• Passengers should carry a PHOTO IDENTITY CARD at the time of Check-In.
• Use of narcotics on board is strictly prohibited as per Smarak Samiti Lucknow and LDA guidelines.
• Food Items for infants below 2 years are allowed.
• Check-in counter closes at 8:30 PM on all days.

The users also agree that it is their sole responsibility to ensure they are in possession of all the valid documents such as identity proof, Govt. ID Proof, etc. to enjoy the monuments and tourism spots. User agrees that UPPARKS.ORG (SMARAK SAMITI, LUCKNOW AND LDA) shall, in no way be held liable, in case of the tourist’s inability to enter the tourism spot for not carrying valid documents.

Additional Charges

Extra copy of the ticket printout will be charged Rs 50/- if taken from the UPPARKS.ORG (Smarak Samiti Lucknow and LDA) offices.

Liabilities

Passengers will be responsible for their own belongings. UPPARKS.ORG (Smarak Samiti Lucknow and LDA) is not liable for any loss or damage caused to their belongings while inside the spot.

UPPARKS.ORG (Smarak Samiti, Lucknow and LDA) reserves the right to change the ticket date and time for any official reason, in any manner or to any extent. We shall bear no liability for any loss that passengers may suffer or any consequences thereof or in respect to any changes in schedule due to bad weather or technical reasons. In this case, passengers can either claim refund.

The ticket and the carriage of passenger hereunder shall be governed by Indian law, and all disputes and claims (Including but not limited to claims arising out of personal injury) and the carriage of passengers shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in LUCKNOW, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By booking a ticket with UPPARKS (Smarak Samiti Lucknow), the passenger hereby confirms their acceptance of all the terms of service put forward by UPPARKS (Smarak Samiti Lucknow and LDA) against the use of their services by users.
